Refund and Returns Policy

At Your Cosmetic World, customer satisfaction is very important. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, this policy explains how refunds and returns are handled.

1) Returns

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as skincare products, cosmetics, or opened beauty tools) cannot be returned once unsealed or used.

Process:

with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return confirmation and instructions.

Ship the item back using a reliable courier (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective or incorrect).

2) Refunds

Approval: Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.

Method: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked “final sale” are not eligible for refund.

3) Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, contact info@yourcosmeticworld.com
within 3 days of receiving the product.

4) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

A replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) will be arranged.
